Hello.

I’m an independent consultant. I’m considering throwing $500 into my account to get to tier-3 status, because I could really use the search\_domain\_filter option. However, $500 is a lot to me, so I’m hesitating. Can any one attest to how well the filter works?

Specifically:

- Do you get 3 whitelist domains and 3 blacklist domains?
- How recent is the search data? If I make a change to a website today, will the search pick it up tomorrow?
- Can i be assured that only the domains I list will be searched, or does Perplexity search alternate domains as well?

Also (unrelated): How does perplexity handle the search\_recency\_filter? How does it know what is newer than a month, for instance?

Thanks in advance for any help!

The search domain filter is now available to users of all tiers! And all the above are guaranteed.
