# Perplexity charged $5 (USD) in only 03 requests

Hi all

Im using n8n to create an agent and using perplexity as main point for research, but im having a problem every time the agent makes a request or the workflow calls Perplexity node for information on a simple query, the return on the answer is about $1 (USD).

This is not cost-effective and according to pricing this should be less than that, lot less.

Does anyone else have this problem or can help me out, figuring what am I doing wrong??
