I love the Perplexity Labs feature - especially the ability to produce documents. Is it possible to select Perplexity Labs when making API calls?

Hey Tom — welcome to the community, and thanks for the kind words about Labs! 🎉

Right now, **Perplexity Labs isn’t available through the API**. Labs runs in a dedicated environment that combines several advanced capabilities — like code execution, file generation, and app creation — which aren’t yet part of the public API endpoints.

That said, it’s a great suggestion. I’ll bring it forward to the team.
