500 error when creating a new API group

I receive a 500 error when trying to submit the form to create a new API group. When I click submit, the form hangs and doesn’t proceed.

Form submits information successfully.

:cross_mark: Actual Behavior

Form hangs with the browser console showing the following response:

Error response:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 https://www.perplexity.ai/rest/pplx-api/v2/groups?version=2.18&source=default

  1. Navigate to the form to create a new API group
  2. Submit form.
