Ability to Pin threads inside a space

Have an option to pin threads inside a space.

While working, a few “important” threads might get below some above ones, until we chat within those threads again. Having the Ability to pin threads solves this problem and keeps them at the top. This is especially helpful in the case of a space with a large number of threads.
