Lab set up for GTD workflow hub

Hello AIl :waving_hand:
I’m reaching out as a GTD practitioner looking for an effective system management tool. I capture a lot of material on paper and need a way to process it efficiently into a digital workflow to stay clear and current.

My initial attempt was to use Spaces, but thread and retrieval limits made it hard to manage and automate my information dump.

I then explored Labs and was excited by the interactive dashboard potential. However, after importing a large amount of material, the Lab didn’t load properly. Since then, I’ve tried to curate a central workflow hub, but I keep running into daily assistant limits.

I understand that complex queries may have a cap, but my aim is to create a stable workflow where such high volumes aren’t needed day-to-day—just during initial setup. I’m currently in my trial period and genuinely want Perplexity to work as my system management solution, but I haven’t been able to test its full potential due to these limits.
casuing sadness and a reluctance to subscribe

Could someone clarify how Labs limits work, and whether initial high usage can be accommodated for setup? Also intrigued to see how responsive forum support is for users with workflow integration needs? so thanks for reading & I’d appreciate any guidance or options so I can get up and running.

Recap: Lab query running out before 100. Setting up a lab with instructions to automate thinking into pre set locations with use of filtering results as a central hub from which to handle all areas of focus

Thanks for your help C
