Our legal team raised concerns about the legality of using Perplexity web Search API as sometimes it retrieves almost whole page as “snippet” but it covers full content of the page. We are building a trend watching AI agent and we are afraid that we’d be sued by news agencies or something cause we already see precedents in AI market.
Does anyone solve this legal thing not just ignoring it?
I d be grateful if you share best practices.
