I’d like a feature that lets users instantly route their search from Perplexity to other search engines (such as Google, DuckDuckGo, etc.), directly from the Perplexity search bar, by pressing a keyboard shortcut—like Alt+Enter for Google or Ctrl+Enter for DuckDuckGo. The main reasons are resource and time efficiency: sometimes a traditional search with direct links and no AI mediation is preferable for basic queries or rapid lookups, avoiding delays caused by AI processing. This instant switch would optimize workflows and support multiple search styles in one interface.
