Rate Limits, 429 Errors, and Errors in Structured Outputs

Hi Perplexity team, I had a few questions/issues:

  1. I received 5k API Credits as part of an accelerator, and I’m still in Tier 0. Daniel from the email startups@perplexity.ai told me it’s a mistake and I should have Tier 5 but I’m struggling with Tier 0 rate limits.
  2. I keep running into 429 errors even though I’ve batched requested to 50/min. And I think I’m also being charged for the errored requests.
  3. I’m running structured outputs and the same query sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. I have a lot of credits on these structured output errors too.

Is it possible for me to get support for these issues?
