Support run-around

I asked Perplexity how to create an API key. When I asked if I needed to create an API group it said no. Yet I was unable to find a way to edit my payment information. That sent me through multiple email messages. Multiple times I got a response saying, oh, that is not our responsibility, send a message somewhere else. I think Perplexity needs to improve their support system and reduce the chance of customers getting a runaround. When I finally was told that Perplexity chat was wrong and that I do need to create an API group, I had no problem.
