Hello,
I’m writing regarding an issue with my Perplexity (Sonar) API credit balance after enabling automatic payments.
Here is the situation clearly:

I made a $17 payment to my API account.

Before this payment, I already had an existing $3 balance.

After the payment, my account is showing only $4 available credit, and my previous $3 balance has disappeared.

I also see a $15 “pending / expected payment” related to automatic billing.

My understanding is that this pending charge appeared only because I enabled automatic payments, and since there was no sufficient balance, it affected my credits.
My request:

Please remove/cancel the $15 pending (expected) payment.

Please restore my correct API credit balance, which should be $20 total ($17 + $3).
I have attached my invoice history screenshot and can provide any additional information if needed.
