Charged for API credits despite "Failed" transaction status

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out here because I haven’t received a response from the official support channel yet, and I’m facing a billing issue with the Perplexity API.

I recently tried to purchase API credits. My first attempt resulted in a “Transaction Failed” message on the dashboard. I tried a second time, and the same thing happened. So I decided to use another api (gemini)

However, I checked my bank statement and I have been successfully charged twice (€5 each, total €10).
